I have a request, Mantera. Now that I've clarified that parry will work for all the members of a military unit, would it be possible to delay the parry effect from taking effect for 1-2 seconds on whatever military unit member or champion you put it on? This would make it a bit more difficult to have a unit become much more difficult to kill, instantly, because you turned parry on. As it is, with careful management and use of the pause button I can make a unit much tougher, even to the point of having it on for a split second on ranged units just before and during the impact of an enemy ranged attack, and then ordering them to fire, then repeating for the next incoming volley.
Also, stealth might benefit from the same delay. Thieves are very strong if you don't order them to attack and instead wait for them to start firing on their own as the enemy approaches. This allows them to stealth instantly, then unstealth, fire a shot, then restealth immediately, which of course will freeze the enemy melee troops in place if the thief is alone, allowing many shots on an incoming army and then movement once they get close to repeat the process. Enemy ranged may be able to fire a shot, but then it's a simple matter of ordering the thief to move a few steps to the side to dodge. If the thief is spotted you can simply duck in and out of stealth until the red crosshairs of doom disappear.

I have a few suggestions, only if the AI is capable, if you are capable.
Idea for Chaos AI: I've always thought of them, or at least the more militant warriors etc, as a plunder/raid sort of nation. Perhaps you could make them have the odd raid on a random Nation or just Order if things were to roughen up a bit.
Thoughts about Death AI: I know they have their assassins roaming around but they never seem to go for a target(Even a single Paladin in transit near some other nation's border). Is it possible to make them go for the nearest unit if in the vicinity?
As for the AI in general: In some of my scenarios that I play, the AI never seem to get their gold mines. They just stay there, useless with no gold(I know this thanks to the Barter Menu), no Crystal and about 15 Ale or something ridiculous. However, this doesn't happen as much as it did before I installed your mod, Boaster.

I suggest Improving the Good old LoM map. Add more units if possible. And Add range to those poor axe throwers ^_^..

Would love to have more than 2 artifact slots if possible. Unfortunately, this is something that is hard coded into the game. Until I can make changes to the EXE, this is not possible. There are certain functions and global variables that run artifacts which specifically target right or left hand artifacts.

If we can't have more than 2 slots, the next best thing would be to add more artifacts similar to the Lich's Cloak. The cloak acts as a regular artifact for all mages, but if worn by a Lich, it disappears and its stats are permanently added to the Lich.
I think it would be great if every class / race had a unique high level artifact that behaved this way. This would allow one to exceed the 2 artifact limit.
You should not make more than one of these artifacts equippable by a particular class / race combo, as it would probably be overpowering to keep stacking them on.

Would there be any way to have the difficulty more configurable? Like beyond the easy/medium/hard, also be able to specify how powerful you want individual rivals and allies to be? (So you could, for example, play Order on hard and have Death, Chaos, and Fire even more powerful than usual; Water, Air, and Earth weak but with liberated Great Temples; and Life weak with an unliberated Great Temple.)
Also, I seem to recall a previous version of GS allowed the purchasing maurader and other non-standard units at the beginning of the game. any way to add this back?
It would also be great if the Maurauders had a few more interesting units. Like a Morganna unit: a sort of Witch Lord.
