I would if I knew how to edit the sprites. I would need the tools that would know how to open, edit and save the sprites. I didn't make myself clear. Can you program the interface with animation. Since it draws from gifs it's a question of finding the programing making use of them and altering or extending it. No.

I had thought about making a new interface for the world map for awhile now but I'll see what I can come up with, can't give any definate time frame though.
The main problem I think would be the low resolution requirements of LOMSE, any kind of detail could quickly look crowded or blured when scaled down. For example if yoy take the detailed decorative parts that WC3 uses on its interface they'd soon look blured in LOMSE. This is one extra problem that LOMs outdated graphics will give us.
