An LOMSE player by the name of Lagduf asked me some questions about compatability with the GS5B and the German version of LOMSE.
He also asked about the version 301 beta patch for LOMSE and what bugs have been fixed.
All-in-all, I told him a good solution was my mod (as it is). My mod brings the qualities of both version 300 and 301 together.
So I at one point requested for him to email me his German version of the GS.mpq. After a brief look into the game, and a few screen shots taken, you'll find that the German versions of LOMSE looks a tad different.

If I didn't know any better, the German word for "Custom" is "Be Nuts!"
But seriously now. The German version of the GS.MPQ has shown me how to increase the window size of Artifact windows. As seen in the second screenshot, the artifact window for the German version of the game is quite large compared to the English/Standard version of the game. Besides this, the text is the only apparent difference.
So here in the future, I will be doing some dynamics to create larger artifact windows, as well as allowing up to 8 (2 by 4) icons in the window, instead of just 6 (2 by 3).
Lagduf didn't help directly but he did help indirectly, which led to this nice little discovery.
