I assume you are trying to connect too "Won.net" which has been a terminated service for the past 3-4 years. You will have to try Kali II www.kali.net to download the program. Things you will need to have installed: IPX/SPX-compatible protocol (Network properties), Kali (obviously), and LOMSE. Kali offers 30 day trial versions, or you can purchase a serial key which lasts as long as Kali does. $16 through PayPal, or $20 money order. If you're as dedicated to LOMSE like I am, I would pay the money. If you encounter any further problems with Kali.net, leave a message and I'll try to figure it out.

The IPX/SPX-comapitable protocol deals with Network Properties. To access this, you will right click "Network Neighborhood" or "My Network Places" and go to properties. This depends on your Operating System.
There will be a window and a list of protocols, and you will want to see if you have IPX/SPX-compatible protocol. If not, you will want to add it.
Add > Protocols > Microsoft > IPX/SPX-comaptible protocol.
And yes, I believe you can keep getting 30 day trial versions of Kali, but I do not know the exact specifics on how you will go and do that.
