Ho mantra, Ive posted here before and once again am requesting help. Ive tried following your instructions to a "local network" game of LOMSE to play with my brother...and it wont let us join a game together, clicking create game doesnt give the other person the option of joining, it doesnt even show up in the box. I then tried direct cable, created a game and it shows up on the other computer, but when selecting join it refuses to join them freezes for a few seconds and then nothing.. I will let you know i had the direct cable work once but after exiting and remaking it refused to let us join again, Ive noticed you seem to not answer posts like the one im making now, can you please please PLEASE help us out with this? to make a LAN or direct cable game I dont need anything like kali open do I? please reply asap me and my bros love to play this game and I feel your the only person that can help us. To play a LAN game, both computers must be on the same network, not just the same LAN. The default network is "MS_HOME." I forget how to check/change this Go to the "Network Setup Wizard" to check what Workgroup name you're connected to. Maybe the two computers have two different network names. Also, you'll need an IPX/SPX compatible protocol installed.
