It seems a new addition to the healing buffs (Cauterize wounds, First Aid, etc.), namely the initial healing aspect upon casting, can be abused by repeatedly dispelling the buff, then recasting it over and over for extra HP.
Just thought I'd give a heads up

This is fair game, and it will take a long time to recover fully so its a waste of mana and time to do it in most cases. Unless you're playing multiplayer and you're pressed for time, it's a valid strategy.
Poltice, grants +2 health recovery. Also when it is casted, it will provide +(1 to 2) hit points. Purge Wounds will always heal for +1 hit points when cast, the spell itself costs 8 mana.
Torniquet will heal whatever the randomly generated number gives. Could be five health, or just one.
Basically the random +(1 to X) hit points is just giving you an immediate bonus for that turn. The Health Recovery granted by the spell will take care of 3 turns afterwards.
