sup, i was playing around with air today and at some point the atttack and defense of my main guy went up permanently into the 1000's

and I actually found a bug not with thegame but with the forum that if you post something and delete it, your post count wont go down

I need some more data: current turn number, before/after Great Temple, artifacts equipped, dungeon level and name, spell or artifacts involved, units involved.
The screen shot tells me some of this, but I need to know other things as well.
Also, is this a previously saved game being played with a newer update? If yes, this may be a factor. What update build is this? I started logging build numbers in the opening screen. The latest is 2022 released on 6/17/2009.
Send me a copy of the 'temple.lom' savegame. I have made it so the game will always save the game before engaging with a temple encounter. So, it looks like you just recently liberated a temple, and that would be something of interest.
Also, did you use any stat scrolls (i.e. Scroll of Wisdom, Scroll of Dexterity, Scroll of Strength)? Did you ever use any stat raising potions?
So, more info about the game you were playing and the 'temple.lom' save game.
[ALSO] Judging from your Lord's experience alone, he is Level 11 and has less experience it takes to reach Level 11 (according to the latest mod's standards). So, something must not be right.

Alright; I took this shot and quit so 171 is the current turn number, artifacts are urakian armor and the legendary death staff.
I dont know when the stats went up, I noticed it when I selected my unit in combat, the units involved are the ones you see in the screenshot, spells are all the air spells available, its not a previously saved game played with a newer update, its the latest build, no stats scroll/potion used during the whole game.
I used the cheat go far 3 times total with the army during the whole game.
I dont know about the exp, I just went vs a lvl 10 dungeon earlier with only my mage to see if the numbers were just a bad display the the actual number and I slaughtered everything with my staff so at this point I knew sh!t got real, and he gained all the exp alone, but thats the only wierd thing I did.

No, it sucks, the game is already way easy, I dont need that to make it even easier.
Besides, Im still affected by magic, that just helps vs physical damage, and killing a legendary creature with one hit is not even enjoyable ;D

Are you playing a previously saved game? Are you playing the latest update of the mod?
I think you're playing with an older update, which means I cannot help you because you're not playing the most recent update.

Hello! I'm really enjoying your mod, thanks so much for making it. I have a potential bug to report - twice I've liberated a "long forgotten captive" and neither time has he or she shown up on my map or in my army. Do I have to have an empty spot for this to work? I would it grants me an extra army with the new champion in it. I'm playing life and I'm on turn 71. I liberated a level 8 wizard tower and a level 10 estate, both of which said I got a dude but neither one panned out. Also, I have a few more questions/comments - which I post to another forum or thread if you'll let me know where. - First, it is possible to modify the descriptions of the movement spells to list the penalty in subsequent rounds (this had me confused for a while
- Second, is there any way to play this game in windowed mode or otherwise make it look better when you have a big widescreen monitor.
- Third, where can I view the stats for the legendary creatures? I couldn't find them via the normal unit menus on the main site.

thanks Yes to the first. No to the second. And not presently to the third. I did notice an issue with the towers not giving the freed champion. I noticed this and made a fix (while I was at work) and I don't think I copied the files over to be in an update. So there will be a fix for that, assuming that you are in fact playing with the most recent update of the mod. Also, between Strongholds/Keeps, it's good to read the whole text.

Thanks so much! I will watch the main page for updates - I just installed this one and will let you know if you I run into any problems. I have been playing more since I posted and I did notice that my scroll of summor spirit warrior seems to cast but nothing happens. Maybe I need a spot open in my army for it to work, or could this be related to the bug with champions not being liberated? I should also mention I really like the change you made to the basic healing spell for each faith. Being able to cast it in battle for a small amount of healing (in addition to the overland bonus) is just a wonderful idea. Finally, can you add modifying the movement spell descriptions to the request list for me? That is, if you agree it's OK to ask for it. Thanks!

Hello, been playing with the latest update and something strange has happened to me - I'm hoping it's just a mode or switch I've activated and you can help me turn it off.
All of my units now have these big red "flags" displaying on their information tabs. For example, under my hero is might have the letter "A" in a big red box. Then when I hover over it, it says "can aim missile flag." Is there a hotkey to turn those off?
Also, I'm not sure if this is related but I can no longer bring up the info screen on magical items, either. They work and I can move them around, but that's it.
I installed the latest update (the one to fix the creatures not joining) and tried two save games plus two new games - same problem.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

It has extended spell descriptions that would otherwise be impractical in-game. All of my units now have these big red "flags" displaying on their information tabs. They're informational tid bits that let you know what UNIT_FLAGS a unit has. Can't turn them off. So you basically just cannot view the artifact details in the Artifact Panel? My suggestion is you close all active dialogs and then re-open the unit info panel and try then.

An update has been made to the mod. It's been awhile.
Also as of right now, I cannot update my website. I currently do not have a connection to it. Hopefully the problem can be fixed.
