This will give me a refresher course on what the origional deveopers intended the flavor of the game to be i.e. how it feels when you play it. Balence or imbalence is irrelivent for this test. This will take awhile. expect it to carry me through most of the summer. The end unit to end unit comparisin will be only one of my various tests. Untill further notice i am no longer testing any version of the gs mod. I came i saw and i conqured every bit of flawed logic in it so i'm looking for something more interesting. Not to mention that if i drew a smiley face on a mellon that mellon would make much more sence than anything coming out of boasters mellon. and if boasters mellon doesnt work right as a result of a tragic life event then i apologize.

There's one thing you forgot to test before everything else: your manners. They're atrocious. You insist on bashing me because I don't give you the answers you're looking for or do what you want. I'm guessing the school systems are so flawed now that you expect to get the answers to your tests after you take it.

And just because what I do doesn't make sense to you doesn't make it illogical. I have so much stuff on my plate I can't answer to your every little whim.

boaster. Whats the worst you could do? Ban me from your forums? Think i care? I'm just trying to get you to man up and admit that you're doing the mod for yourself and only for yourself and you're only interested in hearing people who are agreeable to you.
Unless they shoot an idea over to you that you just happen by chance to agree with. Just because i'm the only one with the balls to stand up to your idiocy is irrelivent.
That fact is good enough for you just not for your ego that craves the constant attention and approval. The same ego that makes you post on all the various forum sites trying to get people to come to yours telling them you "fixed" things.
The truth you hide from them is that you've also manipulated gameplay elements and changed the game so that it no longer represents what the origional intent of the game is. i.e. You think a dragon should be more powerful than a knight and you think that cold water will make you more susceptable to fire.
This is a fantacy game and your trying to make it have sence by inserting real life context and assumptions into a fantasy format. The fact that your design ideas are an insult to the spirit of the game are irrelivent. If you really wanted to be proper you wouldn't call it a mod. You would call it a total conversion.
If you want to avoid the headache of having to listen to someone like me make it more clear on your site that your just modding things to mod it and while your open to suggestions you're not open to discussion.
It's your life you do what you want but dont masqurade as someone who is doing something for a player base when all your really doing is something for yourself that makes sence for you.
If you said that it makes sence in your head to close down all the prisions in america or where ever the hell you live does that mean its actually a good idea?
My final advice to you and your stupid self is to grow a set of testicals and be more transparent about your intentions with this mod.
I know you have no issue doing that its your ego i wonder about.

CHANGE IT YOURSELF. if i don't like a change i use an editor, which boaster kindly provides on his site so that i can do my own changes. so if you don't like it you can go play with your knights dick and shove a broom stick up your ass

Don't worry, I'll bold the key parts for you to read. So you don't miss them.
To say I cannot stop you from posting is a big miscalculation.
I do mod the game for myself and I share it with others. That was already covered. Also, the changes I make to the game are experimental. That hasn't changed.
I intend to make the game better. What I think makes the game better and what you think makes the game better are obviously not the same at all.
What I do, or don't do, doesn't have to be logical. In fact, it can be illogical or irrational.
I do not have to answer to you. My responses to your questions do not necessarily have to be true.
You can accept, or not accept my responses.
I have made these mods in my own time. I learned how to do it from knowing nothing. I've spent years now modding the game. I make changes I see fit, sometimes I make mistakes either with good intention or simply by mistake.
My intent is to make the game better, though changes I make.
The reason you come through here making your whiny suggestions is because you realize that my mod has some recognition in a rather small gaming community. You also happen to not like some (or any) changes I have made to the game. Really can't help you with that, but we've already gone though that.
Even though I reject your proposals you still insist, or persist, I'm not which sure it is right now. Doesn't matter. My guess is that you haven't had any success with members of the opposite sex. Judging from your manners, I'd say you don't have any success with members of the same sex.
As long as you are as pushy and disrespectful of others, I don't see a reason for you to be here. I am willing to start over, but I don't see the same coming from you.
I am willing to discuss anything about the mod, but I am not willing to argue about me changing or not changing something.

Some further advice:
I've asked Boaster to add in the original LOM sounds that went missing in LOMSE. He told me plainly he wasn't going to do it and so I went and did it myself, as well as adding some new sounds. It wasn't easy, as I had to obtain a copy of the original, identify the lost sounds, and then modify the appropriate GS files, but I got it done.
When I asked how to modify the single mode to always have Balkoth as the Death lord when you aren't playing as Death, Boaster pointed me to the appropriate file in 'gs.mpq' and what to look for.
If there are things you'd like to see changed and Boaster doesn't change it, you can at least ask where to look to change it yourself. Boaster knows more about this game's mechanics than the developers who built the game at this point. If you want to do your own mod based on Boaster's mod, I don't think he'll complain about it. He might even let you post here.

As an aside, it looked like in the original LOM that they were planning on having each unit make a pain sound whenever they were hit in addition to the sound they make when they die. I don't know if that functionality was ever implemented in the game engine and just not used, but it might make for an interesting addition. Then again, it might overload. Anyway, my point wasn't that you weren't interested in adding the new sounds, just that, as you said, you weren't planning on doing it. My point is that you can mod the game about as much as you have, so complaining about the non-bug problems in the GS5 mod is pointless and stupid. In other words, if you don't like it, change it yourself.
