fixed bater value of scouts i assume? As i can no longer give earth 3 dogs and get devotion. it has now been returned to the gs5r state as i now only get pact.
Units slighy level up faster. a bit of an impact.
a.i. controlled faiths no longer appear to flood the game with low level units as much. ( a tiny bit better)
suggestion for medium diffilculty: remove potion from all heros starting inv
(it's minor i know)
appears to be some improvements on certain building and unit descriptions maybe spells too.

So i was right. If you actually keep screwing with things enough you'll inadvertanly fix what you break in previous revisions. good work boaster.
