The Linkbucks Stuff

You may have been noticing on the website and through the forum the Linkbucks transition pages. This is a "light" means of generating revenue for myself, and I mean "light" in a weighted "cents" (I earn $0.0001 for each transition advertisement.

Want to know how much I've actually earned in just under a month? $0.2238! At this rate, my earnings will be $2.6856 (for the year). Think if I had only started this back when I started modding, I might have myself $16! Woohooo.

Anyway, this has all been done for a lack of donations. Yes, donations are NOT required, but I've had only three donors. That's either surprisingly high or surprisingly low depending on who you ask.

So if you click on a link on my site and it takes you to some unfamiliar place, do not worry! It's just a linkbucks transition. You can pass it by clicking the skip link or wait 15 seconds and it will automatically transition.

If this bothers you, I suggest FireFox with FlashBlock, NoScript and Adblock Plus. You won't have any ads display, but you will still either have to click Skip or wait the 15 seconds, your choice really.

But again, there's also the possibility of mod enthusiasts donating via Paypal.

Somewhere along the line of $80 a year. I believe it may be even more since the xorgate web server has a static IP, which I believe are scarce these days.

Why dont you just make custom mods for people and charge them money? I'm sure not every single person who comes to this site is like i am. I bet not every gamer is tech savvy.

You could add a "donate by survey" option.
Setup a link out to some offers provided by a cpa company like Convert2Media(I can vouch for them).
Most of the offers basically consist of filling out your name and address and getting a call from a college or something.
A lot of the offers pay at least $5 per lead.

I'm not going to get into explaining how the cpa stuff works, but if you're interested you can read up a bit on them on WarriorsForum. They aren't scams and you do get payed, but make sure to pick one with a lower minimum check, because some of them are $500.
Convert2Media is $100. Some of the networks are as low as $25, but I don't know much about them(and a fair number of those ones are scams, so search around first).

www.affiliatepaying.com/offers has a list of offers available to cpa marketers. Offers tend to range from $2 to about $25.
P.S. Don't try to drive black hat traffic to them, the days of black hat cpa traffic are pretty much over(especially for new people).
