Here's the bug that I was talking about with the Order special building. On certain maps, the Cathedral can't be built even when all the resources are in place.
I encounter the same problem with the Water special building as well.
I tried to attach the savegame but the file is too large. How should I send it to you, Boaster?

You need a Level 2 barracks. I just tried with the save game you sent me, it first said I needed a Level 2 barracks. It popped that message up.
Then I upgraded the Barracks. Insufficient Gold. Used Bingo code. Then built Cathedral, no problem.

After reviewing the problem, I have found that the resources that show up in the info panel and the resources required to build the building are not matching up.
Through the Great Temple, to build it is improperly displaying the required resources.
When you demolish the Special Building and attempt to rebuild it, the proper necessary resources are displayed.
True requirement to build it is:
25 gold
25 ale
150 crystals
2 followers
I will have to look back to see how I can fix this issue. However, for right now, it is low priority. The building CAN be built though.
