No every village I add to the map editor shows up when I test it. Is there a limit as to the maximum number of villages I can place in a map?
This is for GS5R2, by the way.

Yes, I think there is some sort of cap. I think it may be limited somewhere between 8 and 14. It's not very clear. I've tried to figure out how to increase this limitation as well as allow for more than 13 or so sprite types to be VISIBLE from the map editor. After 13 different sprite types, in the GS5R2 and subsequent versions with map editor changes, they become invisible in the map editor. But when you load you map, the sprites have no problem showing up. I've tried and I am yet to try again. Hopefully I can figure something out.

I suspect the number of villages you are allowed to have is the number of villages in the default map. Surrounding every capital, there are 4, so I think it puts the cap at 10. I don't mind the cap limit, though. The map I am working right now will have more villages placed than allowed, so it will add to the experience of exploring and finding one.
