Does anyone know who marauding parties are generated? Is there more than one way?
Is it different in GS5R2?

They spawn X amount of parties every Z-th turn. Data can be found in one, or all three places: placedng.gs, enc_tool.gs, or scenario.gs

The game I am playing currently features a marauding Kraken.
