Scyth of Balkoth bug (GS5)

I'm not sure if this happens for all characters wielding the Scyth, or just Balkoth, but it appears as though it always Soul Steals, making everything incredibly easy (Balkoth OHKOs everything). Perhaps the call for Soul Steal got reversed, so that it's a 98% chance to occur, rather than 2%? Does this happen for other items with a chance to proc x?

The part that I have "striked out" is what did not belong. I took out the and part and that fixed it.

Balkoth's Scythe has a natural 2% chance to proc a Vorpal attack and for every point of Luck the wielder has, it increases 1%. Five luck would give the Vorpal attack an over all 7% chance.

I have made it so Vorpal Attacks will only Stun Lords and Special Champions rather than kill them. Lords and S.Champions are stunned for 30 ticks, or three seconds.

When you say 3 seconds, under what speed? The default 25 (or 20 or whatever, I don't remember which)?

When I mention any time as far as in-game duration, I always mean under the default combat speed.

30 ticks under default combat speed is equal to 3 seconds real time. The more you increase the game speed, the shorter the real time becomes. So if the default speed is 20, increasing the game speed to max (30) makes things 33% faster (I think).
