I have added a new color scheme to the forum and this new skin is called "Cool_Blue."

Additionally, I have made edits to the Red_and_Green skin and also created a New_Red_Green skin with Verdana and Arial fonts.

The new skin also features a brand new Imperials banner, but only adjustments made to the colors.

It's a gray theme with some warm colors mixed in.
