Does anyone in a 64-bit environment, especially XP 64, have any issues with the Local Area Network option in multiplayer where they cannot create a Multiplayer game in LOMSE?
If you've ever encountered this, have you found a solution?

Or Rather, LOMSE over Gameranger. I have been experiencing the game not launching when starting/launching the game.

I did discover a few things. Regarding XP 64: IPX/SPX does not function in Windows XP 64. It can be installed, but it cannot be utilized at all. Regarding GameRanger in XP 64: I needed to install .NET Framework 3 in a windows update in order to be able to properly launch games. Maybe this will come as some help to others. But to get IPX/SPX (aka Local Area Network) to function for LOMSE, or any legacy game for that matter, use the following program: www.solemnwarning.net/ipxwrapper/ Discovered by: nvrphazed
