Steam Purchase not allowing me to GS5

After following all directions in the "READ THIS" manual of Mantera's GS5 installation, the program keeps saying lomse.exe isn't present. I have since moved all the steam files of lomse to the C:/SIERRA/LOMSE/ that it says must exist.

I have no idea what to do, after many variations on this theme of moving folders, renaming the lomse file to lomse.exe and other attempts I've tried everything I know how. Help? I am le confused

Put the steam files back where they were originally installed.

Move all of the items that would go to the default install folder (C:\SIERRA\LOMSE\) to wherever the original steam install location was.

The only thing that gets changed is: GS5R3.mpq becomes gs.mpq, and PIC5R3.mpq becomes pic.mpq. There are additional maps which are optional.
