Hi all,
I've been googling all day searching for tips for this to no avail and was directed here from the steam forums. The problem I'm getting is that I have Lomse from GOG and as I open it it goes to a black screen for about 4/5 seconds and then closes. I've tried the following:
- Running on compatibility mode for each windows from 95 upwards
- Ensuring Direct Play is ticked
- Uninstalled and reinstalled
Can anyone help? I'd love to play this game as I only had a demo of it when I was younger and my local Game shop didn't ever seem to have a copy.

There could be any number of issues, from graphics settings to installation issues. |

I sometimes have this problem with Windows when other programs are running. For some reason my Windows does not like LOMSE running while other programs are in the background. You can try shutting every single program possible on your computer before running the game. I can't guarantee it'll work though.

I just bought my digital version from Mantera and for some reason it will not play. It ran once and it got to the menu screen but then I exited. I haven't been able to get it to work since. It just goes straight to a black screen.
I am using a surface pro with windows 10 pro
