How to activate Insane Mode?

Hi! I am new around here and I'm pretty clueless when it comes to PC stuff. But I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how to enable Insane mode? I am looking to make the game much harder than it is now in CS5 but I am not sure how to do so. I've been playing this game for years and finally found this wonderful mod by Mantera and I couldn't love it any more so thank you! But yeah, if anyone could help me out with this I would much Appreciate it!

Once you download GS5R3.rar, it will give more instructions in there. It will tell you how to get the PIC5R3.rar. It's all very straight forward.
