I've noticed that when I beat the Great Temple on the main and other maps with Witch Lord, buildings offer regular Chaos units and no longer the marauder units. Tested with different maps and Lord combinations and I think it's the patch.

Something minor I noticed as well, when you summon creatures during a fight in the first level of a multi-level dungeon they don't disappear until after the exp distribution so they get cuts of the exp. Only happens on the first level. Also, when you play some custom heroes (I confirmed with Valkyrie and Witch Lord) they start at lvl 3 even if you have them at lvl 1 in the custom menu. Probably shouldn't have complained about that one

Also, if you don't want Summons (or any unit for tha matter) to dilute experience distribution, then make sure they die before experience is doled out. Embrace of Golgoth is good for that.
