Is there any means to enable Death campaign without requirement of killing Balkoth first while playing for other faiths? I know that in GS5 mod it's unblocked already but I use unofficial patch 3.02 for now.

A simply method is to use cheats, go after him, slay him.

But is there any other way to do it?
I woudln't want to spoil the quest of destroying Balkoth by revealing his location and army strength, and killing him easily with cheats, just because I plan to complete this quest later, and meanwhile I just wanted to dabble playing for Death faith.
