I have recently adjusted the spells the AI uses in particular situations. Some of the newer spells recently added to my mod were also added to the AI's spell arsenal. But the one particular change that I have made was the when the computer should cast Golgoth's Gift. For those of you who do not know, Golgoth's Gift affects only Non-Death units, and the caster must be of equal or greater level to affect its target. Most commonly when a Lord goes into a high level dungeons, the murauder Necromancers would waste away all of their mana in attempts to cast Golgoth's Gift on your Lords or Champions. So rather than allowing the Necromancers to cast Golgoth's Gift at the begining of combat as a "minor" offensive spell, its now just a "major" offensive spell. Major offensive spells are cast only when an enemy unit is nearby in pursuit of the Mage. One such Major offensive spell is Lost Soul. When the AI feels that the Necromancer is in a situation where he faces immediate danger, it will fire a major offensive spell.
So you can expect the AI to be a bit more agressive in its spell casting, rather than wasting all of their mana on a spell that will not catch.
