Anyone know how I might do this? Or if they have the modified program, or a program that will assist doing so?

The Underdogs version of LOM certainly works without a CD... it´s some kind of odd rip, through. No sound, no videos
Is there any way to install the GS4 in this version?

You must have the LOM Special Editiion and installing GS4 can be resolved in Five easy steps:
Step 1) Download GS4 to any location on your computer (just remember where you saved it).
Step 2) Go to your SIERRA/LOMSE/ folder on your computer, and look for gs.mpq. Rename this to something like "original gs.mpq."
Step 3) Copy and Paste GS4 to SIERRA/LOMSE/ folder.
Step 4) Rename "GS4.mpq" to "gs.mpq".
Step 5) Start up lomse.exe, and be sure you have your cd in the drive to play the game.
