Rename gs.mpq in your LOMSE folder to something else, then rename gs5b.mpq to gs.mpq and place it in your Lomse folder. You should then be good to go. You'll know the mod is working as soon as you start playing the game, because all of the artifacts are radically different.

Ambrose appears to be new here. Nice to see another LOMSE player. I am ManTerA, the maker of the mod. Boaster is another alias I go by.
Ambrose is correct with the instructions. You must rename gs5b.mpq to gs.mpq and place it in the LOMSE folder. You will want to backup your original existing gs.mpq if you find the mod unsatisfactory.
Ambrose is again correct about the artifacts. All of them are different, and enhanced to match the game.
Remember, with my mod Lords can attain a maximum level of 15, including Balkoth, Orc Warlord, Witch, Lich and Lancelot as well. Also, Hard mode is very hard compared to the Hard mode in Normal LOMSE.
Be sure to read the documents enclosed in the GS5B.zip file. I will now include installation instructions for future users.
Thanks for posting guys.
